Is it possible that I have and STI?

I'm an 18 year old female, lost my virginity about a month and a half ago and have had 2 ual partners and have had unprotected twice. For the past couple of days I have had tremendous soreness in my l area. Around my vulva closer to the I have multiple open sores, it doesn't look like they're filled with anything, but they are bleeding a little, and severely painful. The area between my vulva and is extremely dry. Other than an STI I was thinking it could be a rash; the other day I wore these Victoria's Secret sweatpants without underwear and might have developed a reaction to the fabric? Is it possible I have genital ?
