How to deal with a work colleague?

Basically a girl at work is rude, I had an arguement with her the other week and she emailed me to say not to speak to her rudely as she is not my secretary! Because I asked the team to take messages while I prepared a brief for court! Since I have ignored her and she's done the same! She's known in the office for being a trouble maker but I'm the only person who has confronted her and we had a bit of an arguement I told her that's why she has no friends because she's horrible! She went on to say how I treat everyone like my secretary blur blur blur! I wanted to know should I continue to ignore her or play her little immature game she's 23 and I'm 29
