Comp. trouble?

Im having some probs w my cpmputer....It wont let me download a file it sends me to this site a href="http://shell.windows.com/fileoc/0409/xml/redir.asp?EXT=exe," rel="nofollow"http://shell.windows.com/fileoc/0409/…/a i also cant open other programs such as IM,AIM,WMP etc....I can use the internet fine but the rest i cant has nyone come across a prob like this?....HELP!
