Anyone still have Feb 1 date on WMR?

I filed on 15, accepted on 17th. WMR updated a few days later with Feb 1 refund, if no delays. I have not recieved a DD date, which was supposed be for today. I called the hotline and the lady basically said that the computer spit out mine and thousands of other returns because it couldnt handle the number of returns submitted. She said that there are no errors or anything, and that it hasnt been send to review department, that she can tell. AND, I have to wait 4 weeks for a refund!! Anyone else get this explanation?
